Room57 began primarily as an IT support service in Nottingham and although we have evolved to offer more as our list of services has grown with our clients demands our support work remains one of the core aspects of Room57. We offer on-site and remote support with service level agreements available for both. We can fully manage your IT headaches, helping you remotely where possible to fix those little niggles and be available on site for bigger problems or to pick up machines for repair.
UK Coverage
We base our IT Support services out of Derbyshire, but we have clients all over the UK, with IT services in Sheffield, IT management contracts in Nottingham and IT remote support in London and further.
An IT Support contract with ourselves ensures your business is completely covered. We're always on hand to solve technical issues remotely and get you back up and running. If your hardware fails and we can't solve the problem remotely we will be on site. If it can't be repaired on-site we supply you with a loan machine to work on whilst we fix the remaining problems. All this is designed to give your workflow as little disruption as possible and give your business the best chance to succeed.
